I would have given negative stars if possible. First it took over a month to get hear fixed in winter, next good luck getting things fixed, a call back or a tent receipt. The final straw though was bed bugs. Our downstairs neighbor came to us to tell us they had bed bugs and prop plus refused to spray. We had a 3 day old baby and this was a major concern. I called Chris and he said that though we were not responsible for the neighboring apartments bug problem he/PP was not responsible for any risk management or preventative maintenance pest control and that it was on us to pay for that. I have all voicemails of him saying our neighbors bugs were our issue. PP then voided our recently signed lease and posted a 30 days notice to vacate. They listed the property at a new rent rate of over $300 more than our newly signed lease was charging. I have voicemails where he says we are star tenants on paper, but our requests were problematic. Why should we pay $500 to fix another tennants issue?? We quickly found a bug free property with a landlord that cares, but moving on short notice with a newborn baby was awful and I would never again choose to deal with this company for any reason.
