Currently renting from C&R. I've been requesting that the carpet be repaired due to separation at the seam.. 18 months later still no repair.. Now there is BLACK. Mildew and more fraying and the padding under carpet has deteriorated.. Two of there carpet repair people have come out and said that it is not repairable that it needs to be replaced they have ignored multiple maintenance request that I have sent in. they have ignored their own carpet repair people nothing has been done I have tripped over the frame of the carpet. it has now become a hazard which has also been stated by one of their own maintenance people. They're active manager Jennifer Johnson back in December 2017 came to my apartment with my full amount of rent check telling me to rewrite my check for $300 less because she says I was do a credit there own temporarily assistant manager Maria listen to the voicemail that Jennifer had left me stating I was owed a $300 credit had really no response now their new property manager Chelsea has given me a letter saying that I have an outstanding balance due of $300 or be evicted I have tried multiple times to get ahold of their property owner Vanessa Marshall and I have gotten no response from them I guess I need to go see a lawyer.
