I was very nervous and excited about booking my first vacation, which I was taking on my own. Vironica Pagel made me feel very relaxed and comfortable with the whole process and equipped me with all the information I needed to have a fantastic first trip. She put together a tour package that turned out to be exactly what I wanted (plus a few things I didn't even know that I did). Everything was so smooth; once she had booked everything for me, all I had to do was show up. It was also reassuring to know that if anything had gone wrong, Vironica would be there for me to make it right.
