Horrible customer service. I have experienced a new low. I've never been treated so badly. I ordered a heated shoulder wrap. I only received part of the cord. When I called them to let them know that most of the item was missing, they responded by saying that it was impossible. They said they checked their inventory and compared the weight of the item with the shipping weight. I told them it would be obvious if I sent them a picture of the small bubble envelope the item arrived in. There would be no way the whole shoulder wrap would fit. They said sorry, the decision has been made.
