We decided to stick with a familiar restaurant knowing we wanted the crab steam pots being on vacation craving some seafood. We realized our waiter may have been new since he had to ask about anything we had a question on, which was fine-better to be be correct than get it wrong. We were patient and ordered apps and then our food. We got our order and realized my husband was missing his lobster, one kid was missing corn and the other missing shrimp - pretty important parts especially since it was 3 out of the 4 orders! Our waiter never stopped over to check in, the girl who delivered the food tried to sort it out. We also asked for some seasoning and it never came until we got to the third person and the manager was over after we requested to talk with him so he knew what was going on. We finally got the lobster and shrimp, the manager actually had another pot ordered for us at no charge, which was was nice but we didn t request it. Never got the corn and then it finally came out after a few requests. The kids meals also come with ice cream and when I mentioned they were ready for it the waiter again had to ask despite reading him the menu stating it came with the meal. He then came back over and clarified it is included but it had to be requested, at that point we just wanted to get out and finish the night. We got the bill and even after the manager said he took care of us on the bill we were actually charged for the corn that originally came with the meal and we never received - yes I know it was silly but at that point with all the mis-haps, lack of attention from the waiter and then to be overcharged we were done. They did take the charge off after I brought it up but I m pretty sure we are done with Joe s, way too much work on our part to be paying the prices they charge.
