Stayed a night here during a golf trip with 11 guy...

Stayed a night here during a golf trip with 11 guys who stayed there as well. The hotel was in average shape which was fine but the customer service was below average to the point several of us said we would never give them our business again. One room booked was cancelled by their mistake and they wouldn t take the blame for it even after shown email confirmation of the room and because the hotel was near full. So the solution was they gave a room under remodel to him and didn t offer a discount for the error. The room had the smell of wet paint, saw dust coated on the furniture, ect. Again not that big of a deal overall because our group is pretty chill but management failed to do right by a customer and choose to keep our money for the poor service provided and is the reason I wouldn t give them my money again.
