Very bad experience. This was our first visit to this centre and unfortunately a very bad one. We booked appointment and they confirmed for 12pm today. They even called yesterday to confirm the appointment at 12pm today and gave all the required information. But when we reached there at 12 they gave us a surprise/shock saying that our appointment was at 11 and denied the test we needed. And on top of that they ask us to be on time. If it was only me or only my wife who have had spoken to them I would have understood that we dont remember the correct time. But it was both of us speaking to them on different occasion and both were told 12 pm. But for some reason they deny it and infact they say that they spoke some child at home and informed them that its 11 am, where they were speaking to me. And I am very much sure my voice doesn't sound childish in anyway, in person or on phone. I would have given a second thought that might be it was mistake at my end to catch the time on phone but the moment they said they spoke to some child, they are not truthful. Highly disappointed.
