I am very pleased with the expert care that I received for 14 weeks following my L total knee replacement this summer. All the staff are very pleasant, kind and encouraging. There is a team atmosphere and everyone works very well together. They show "tough love" when necessary, but get results. My improvement has been nothing short of miraculous, and I am grateful for the expertise and encouragement of Carmen Hon, my primary physiotherapist, and to Jeff Shulze who I saw initially.
