I've bought 5 vehicles from Big O and 3 of them Andy sold me. He's always great to deal with. He's honest and doesn't push anything. You tell him what you're looking for and he goes and gets it and can show you all the cool things about it. Whenever I'm in for service he'll stop and talk a while if he's not with a customer. Really can't say enough good things about the guy. Loving the new JK Unlimited. The service department is hit and miss but it's been like that for years and is well documented so I won't drag this out any longer. Always a nice bunch of folks no matter if you go to sales, service, or finance. Jake will usually stop and speak to you if he's out on the floor.
