Very helpul. I had gotten a puppy from them and it ended up having a genetic issue at 6 months old. Very sad I had to put her down. I spent 1500 in 6 months plus the amount for the donation for puppy 2000 total. They put a credit in so my family could get another dog no charge. Very nice and caring shelter. A-1 with me. -Rich
