worst rental experience. Misspelled both of my friends' names on the CONTRACT. My friend pointed the mistakes out, then they emailed back saying it's impossible......after she screenshot the mistake and emailed back, they finally changed them correctly without any apology for the STUPID mistakes they've made. BUT, this is not done yet, with the correct names on the contract this time, the rental period is incorrect.....I'm not sure if anyone wants to deal with an agent that's this stupid and careless, sending out a contract without double check and this happened not just once, but a few times! and with no apology but a simple excuse as 'HUMEN MISTAKE'....
