What makes me upset the most is that every time I call this place the rules change. Customer service reps act as if they do not have a clue as to what is going on. Then I was told that I could use/get my security deposit back or transfer it if I wanted purchase another car but now I really don't want to do business with these people at this point.

Very rude customer service representatives! this is my last go around with these jokers. Whats even worst is that without customers they wouldn't have jobs.
