My basement flooded and I hired them. They came out and tore the carpet out and set up some fans and dehumidifiers. I was told they would be out daily to check on everything. They did not come out to check anything. It took twice as long to dry it out because the dehumidifiers were constantly full and fans weren t moved ever.
