I give gold medal over all 3 star because of sales...

I give gold medal over all 3 star because of sales department associates are unprofessional. However, Installation crew (Chris & Chris) and supporting team were really professional, great people. They kept working long hours and help me on everything possible. They answered all my questions. Hats off to these installation crew but not sales associates. Their promises are unrealistic to earn new business and once agreement is signed, it is hard to get hold of them and sort of disappear. Sales associate does not care about customer once agreement is signed.

After 6 days from Gold Medal Reply to this post, no body from Gold Medal contacted me regarding my concerns. In addition to my previous review post, I am learning that Gold Medal's permit department is lazy and very slow to obtain town permit.
