Dorsal hernia revealed during the very long and complicated super calcified operation. Professor Paolini literally gave me new life.
Having been born in Bolzano Bozen and living in the Treviso area for convenience, I had turned to more structures in northern Italy, see Bologna and Treviso where they sent me home saying that the operation would leave me in a wheelchair, and with a very long list of things and movements to avoid for the rest of my life !!!! But beware, 50% chance of ending up on a wheelchair anyway, even without an operation !!!!
What would you have done? I moved a little south, to Rome first for the visit with Prof. Paolini and then to Pozzilli for the operation, and I entrusted myself to the professional hands and to the new techniques of the Professor and his team in May 2016.
Thanks also to Dr. Tola, who during the interviews was able to explain with very simple examples the gravity and consequences of the intervention to an ignorant person of the subject
