Please be careful of their traffic crew in Clermon...

Please be careful of their traffic crew in Clermont county, Ohio!!! These people don't know the difference between stop and slow on the signs they are turning! Twice in a week I watched them turn the sign from stop to slow with cars still coming from the other direction! First time the cars were inches from hitting each other. Then second time when made aware of the situation. He didn't even speak English . If you work in our country then speak our language!!!! This is very scary !
