These guys are the worst!! It's almost worth taking the beating in finance charges to change my company. My mortgage was sold to them so I'm kinda out of luck but anyone looking to do business with them RUN!!! Their online service is probably the worst. Spent a summer with no money trying in vain to set up automatic withdrawals. Don't bother. Jusy mail a check.
