I walked into this store based on the general online reviews. Lovely store that has a broad selection of brands. I ended up working with Edgar to pick out my very first diver watch.

I had done some research so knew some key specifications I wanted in my new watch. I also provided my budget to Edgar. Once he understood my requirements Edgar took his time in showing me various options that met my criteria from Oris, Mido, Zenith, Longines and a high end Seiko. I must say the entire process was fun and educational. I am not sure if there was much room to improve this sales experience. He was not at all pushy and was on point throughout the entire transaction.

In fact, I m hoping to pick up another watch from him in the near future based on this experience. Feldmar Watch Company seems to be a great store that seems to care about the entire customer experience. Everyone I met there were professional and seemed passionate about horology.
