My boyfriend and I have been living in Edinburgh for 3 and a half years for his PhD. Our property moved from a different letting agents to Southside half way through. We had issues with the property and continually told by the old agents that the land lady wouldnt sign off on repairs. Since moving to Southside and working with Emma Winning in particular, leaking issues, broken furniture and water tanks have all been fixed. Emma has made us feel very at ease as first time tenants. She was always available for questions and she encouraged us to report issues as before we feared issues incase we were blamed for them. She even allowed us to continue paying our rent on the same day we always have instead of the first of the month as per the agency standard. We were very greatful for this.

We are now moving back to Ireland. The process Southside have for leaving a flat is easy to follow and of a very high standard, very thorough. I only wish we rented with them from the beginning as I don t think we would have struggled with hygiene and equipment quality from the previous tenant if we had. Thanks again Emma
