Working through Seek at Salms! Great experience" Good people all around, ( Off-Line line leader Brian is patient with his employees to learn the job ) Staff is willing to meet your need" place you where your capabilities are! Enjoying the opportunity to work there" Only down fall is to many people are taking advantage of a good situation standing around doing nothing when work needs to be done! People who don't want to work should be let go" But all in all I give a rating of 5 stars at both plants. Great job guys!
