Absolutely excellent! I met with Ian at the desk, Jannelyn (May be spelling wrong) did my wax, Erin did my hair, Michael the manager helped me, Emily did my nails, and Nancy did my brows. It was a full day of treating myself and the staff were so friendly, kept me relaxed, helped me make choices, and were just amazing. Great customer service, helpful suggestions, friendly conversations, and in-line pricing. It was my first time at a spa and I had to go out of my way to do a review. The whole atmosphere is very inviting. Definitely going again.
