My husband and I take our three Honda vehicles ONLY to Economy Honda because of the professionalism of the entire service team. They are all excellent service advisors but there is one who stands out - Retchie Lopez. We had dealt with him the last ten years. Every single time he takes our cars in, he advises us with the utmost expertise and knowledge. He goes above and beyond what is expected of him. Though I deal with him more than my husband does, just one phone call when I cannot make it, he takes care of my husband just as if I were there. That tells you he takes good care of everyone he comes in contact with. When I asked him to check our Accord because my college son was taking it to Ohio, he had that car checked like a fine-tooth comb. Because we trust him and his judgement, we let the team do what needed to be done - no second guessing. When one other service advisor said she did what she said she did and it wasn't done, I took it back and let Retchie fix it. When I'm having difficulty with one of our cars, my colleagues would recommend other shops that work on cars, I always say NO, I know someone who will take care of the problem. Just yesterday, our son called and the Civic battery died and the car would not start. My husband jump started it and Retchie had the car going in no time. Economy Honda should be proud to have Retchie Lopez in their team whose workmanship is impeccable and as a person, he is honest and humble.

I take our three Honda vehicles fairly regularly not only for routine maintenance but for other issues as well. Every time I go to Economy Honda I always request for Retchie Lopez. He's the best! Most of all, he's very trustworthy. Trust is something you build up for years. Indeed, Retchie has earned my utmost respect. He's very knowledgeable, polite and respectful. He acts very professionally. He takes good care of our vehicles like they are his own. I've seen him work under pressure and he treats each and every customer like they are the most important people in the world.
