Review of Karmel Shuttle Transportation

I'm surprised over the amount of negative reviews ...

I'm surprised over the amount of negative reviews here. We've done two trips to California & used Karmel both trips. We've gone from LAX to the hotel (& back), as well as several day trips (universal studios, Knotts Berry farm, San Diego Zoo, etc). Karmel has been punctual every time, & sometimes a little early. This is even true when out flight was delayed & we were 3 hours late arriving- they were waiting for us.
Most of the drivers drivers were exceptionally friendly & nice. Only once was there a grumpy guy. He wasn't unprofessional, just not the friendly chatty driver we had always encountered.
All in all we've been very satisfied with this company.
