I brought my car in thinking that I was going to be spending several hundred dollars on service. I had been hearing a strange noise near the front axle. After inspecting my vehicle, I was delighted to hear that there was nothing major wrong with my car and it was just a simple fix. The shop knew I was prepared to spend a lot of money and instead of taking advantage of that, they were very honest and serviced my car for under $70. I have been to other shops and dealers who have taken advantage of me, but have never had a single issue with the Joe Machen's group.
