I do not recommend anyone sign up for Service Amer...

I do not recommend anyone sign up for Service America. They do not know the meaning of "Service". We waited for 5 hours for a scheduled appointment and no one called, no one showed up. I held for 19 minutes trying to find out what happened and when they finally answered they informed me that they could not tell me when or if the technician would be here. I would recommend everyone find another service company.
After waiting 9 hours, the technician finally showed up. He had been working a 12 hour shift so not surprising was not in a good mood. He stated he tried to call us but the number he had was not ours. Was short with his answers, bad body odor, bad breath and after he left an supposedly "fixed our A/C" it ended up going from a small leak to not working at all!!!!!! Terrible company, terrible service!!!!
