I have 2 of the wood infrared heaters, one of them...

I have 2 of the wood infrared heaters, one of them I cannot get to work, light come on no heat...DO NOT INVEST IN THESE ON AMAZON...EVIDENTLY THEY HAVE GONE OUT OF BUSINESS, CANNOT REACH ANYONE FOR HELP.. WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO IF I COULD, BOUGHT AT RURAL KING...NEVER DO THIS!!!
