We have a lovely courtyard but non-smokers are unable to enjoy it due to it being set up as a smoking area. Several of non-smokers with COPD were trying to have a luncheon but the smoke stack was smoldering and we were unable to breathe.Yesterday a couple of us were sitting on the porch and the smoke stack was smoldering and polluting the air. It seeps into apartments when it drifts towards windows facing the courtyard.Seems a few smokers are given access to an area that should be allowed to be enjoyable to all.
