Not okay at all. Don t bring your family here if you are looking to relax. Dirty rooms, room cleaning only available if you stay over 5 nights, the swimming pool filtration system does not support the amount of people using it. By 1pm the pool water is very cloudy. People that are not staying at hotel are allowed to come and use the water park paying a fee. So it s not for guest only. The credit card system stopped working on Thursday, we left Sunday and still was not working. One bartender at the bar for 100 s of people there. Terrible experience. Pay the extra 50-80$ and stay at universal cabana. I tried to give this place a try and it was horrible. Next time, back to universal cabana. Way better. I hate to leave bad reviews but this place sure deserves it.. horrible!
