Called Baker Nissan on 12/30/19 to schedule the wife's Frontier for an oil change on 12/31/19 and a couple of other issues at 10:00am. Showed up a little early and went into speak with the service adviser I spoke by phone who set the appt. He really didn't look like he wanted to be there and ask me what are we doing today. I have been there before and he didn't even bother to pull the history or even touch the system. I explained again as I told him the day before on the phone I needed an oil change and also look at the drivers side tail light for replacement ( under warranty ) since it had water pooling in it. He stated it was up to the tech and I said you can see it and I have pictures. He then stated it was normal to get water inside then it would dry up. I said no its not normal and he said yes it was. I felt that this dealership didn't want to honor any warranty work and I immediately did a 180 and walked out to never ever come back to this dealership for service or to by a new car or truck.My time is just as valuable has any one else having to drive there on a set time appt and also have someone follow to take you back.
