I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Explore Scientific LLC. The telescope I received was of very poor quality and did not meet my expectations at all. Additionally, the customer service was not helpful in resolving my issues. I do not recommend Explore Scientific LLC to anyone based on my experience.
