My Goldendoodle had a minor health emergency yesterday so we came here (while in the midst of a PetSmart Banfield Wellness Plan contract in Winter Garden). I was so impressed with the courtesy, joyfulness, and competence of the office staff, the tech who checked us in, and Dr Martin. My Doodle - a VERY timid rescue pup- felt at ease here and even made a few friends with the staff. She didn't get stressed, as she usually does at the vet. Everyone was kind and the office atmosphere feels cozy and inviting upon seeing it for the first time compared to Banfield Hospital. We've decided to bring all three of our pets to All Care Animal Hospital, where they offer 24-hour emergency care, boarding, and veterinary care. We have lived in Minneola for over a year and I wish we'd come here all along.
