My husband worked for O'Connor and Associates for several months protesting property taxes for their residential clients. At one point, he was working 100+ hours a week (yes, this is actually possible; however, it is definitely not sustainable) because of the case load. Most clients were nothing more than a number due to the sheer volume of cases. I believe they (the company) were an unethical in many ways and I would never recommend them to anyone. My husband was led to believe he would make tens of thousands of dollars during the "season" which was simply not the case. It was what I consider to be a sweatshop. One thing we learned through this ordeal- the property owner can protest on their own and have success. Oh, and always have pictures.
