Needed to reschedule an appointment that was never put in correctly as I'm a first time patient and the associate Darnell was so rude and condescending. He put the phone down several times to laugh and talk about me to another employee as I explained the situation and what I needed and even to ask my astrological sign and say "thought so". Wow, this is how yall treat veterans? Maybe you should ask if I was a new patient beforehand or actually listened as I explained I am and that I was told the process. It's not my fault it wasn't put into your system causing me to have to reschedule!
