I have purchased cars from ten different manufacturers in my life. I have NEVER encountered a dealer that is so unresponsive, even when you are trying to buy a 40,000 van from them. It's crazy.

We then bought it anyway because we have a large family. They will call you "buddy" often to try and close the deal, thinking you are stupid enough to think you have a new "buddy" within five minutes of knowing them. But, then, if you need something after the sale, like a bill of sale for the vehicle you sold them, "nobuddy" will call you back.

We should have taken our business elsewhere and in the future, we absolutely will. Sorry guys. You have a LONG way to go in terms of customer service. BTW, my new "buddy" never even called to see if we had any questions or liked our new 40K van.
