I had an issue with getting a recall paid for by Chrysler Canada. The service department spent two days pursuing the issue on my behalf with Chrysler, and were able to get the issue fixed free of charge for me. I am particularly grateful to Michel in the Service Bay who immediately took my side on and went to great lengths to have it resolved. All this on an out-of-warranty Caravan that I didn't buy there! While I waited I was offered transportation, and the vehicle was beautifully clean when I received it. I don't know what else to say but to give my highest recommendation for this very honest group of individuals.
