So I'll start with the good parts. The room was much nicer than we expected with complimentary earplugs and you can use ropes period and the registration staff was a very nice and informative. Now for the reason I didn't give it 5 starsperiod when booking the reservation and calling in to check on it though woman who answers the phone is rude and does not listen to what you were saying.
