Had a great experience kayaking from here. But I take off one star for the poorly managed check in and payment system. It took my group of 10 around 75 minutes to pay, sign waiver forms and get on the water. We were in line for about 15 minutes before they told us that we actually have to go back outside sign the waiver forms on the iPads and then come inside to pay. It wasted a lot of time and then verification of waivers and payment took another 40 minutes! It was insane.
Bathrooms were quite dirty but I guess that's expected from a place like this... Staff was nice overall though and because we got on the water really late they extended our time by that much.
