Brought a new Honda Civic on Labor day weekend 2013. Researched several options on the internet and visited the more promising ones in the same model and price range. Chad Porter was our Roush Honda sales rep as well as the Internet contact. Chad stressed employee ownership and staff longevity which in turn enhances the long term relationship between Customers. That in turn raises level of performance and Customer satisfaction.

That was slammed home when my wife and I visited a competitive dealership. The sales rep there claimed he was "new" and couldn't even find the correct sales collateral for the model in which we were interested. His manager attempted a high pressure technique to get us to purchase prior to leaving the premises.

It was a pleasure to return to Roush...and their post sale follow up is terrific!
