We came here for our 32nd anniversary. Same hotel we stayed at the night of our wedding. This is a classy, understated Grand Dame of Kansas City. As such you get what you hope for. It is old school and quite good at it. It is what it is and it s not what it s not. Enjoy it. Location, service, elegance, in the true sense. It is very KC with a traditional decor. Anyone who gives The Raphael less than 4-5 stars in its context isn t paying attention. Love it.
