Fireplace had a small dent on the top when I opene...

Fireplace had a small dent on the top when I opened THE UNDAMAGED CARTON box. I tried to get the company to replace the top, 4 screws to install. They told me twice to send back to Amazon and let them just replace the whole fireplace. It s not Amazons fault there was a dent. The carton was in perfect condition. Poor business practice and I WILL be reporting this incident to Amazon.
