When I called and spoke to customer service to make an appt. at that time I said the a/c fan was not running, blowing out hot air. I also stated that I found coupons on the website to use. Holly asked which one? I said the $35 off repair, is there another? She said no. I reviewed my invoice and the website again. There was a coupon for free diagnostic, $79.99 with a service call! Did Holly share that info? NO!
Otherwise, the service person showed up on time and repaired the A/C within 1/2 hour. Working like a charm! I work in Customer Service, reps should be more forthcoming.
