Overcharged shipping for next day shipping. Took 3 weeks to process my order and only received one of my product when it was supposed to be next day shipping. I paid $40.00 for shipping charges, but when you go to their website it states $12.00?? I filled a dispute with paypal thankfully they corrected the issue. This company was poor on responding to my emails and never answered all my questions. I would not recommend this company and will continue to shop with Uline. The quality is very less than Uline, the poly mailers are very thin not worth the price.

The ceo is very responsive to reviews, but not to the matter at hand. I've yet to be contacted by Elaine or received a refund.
