Originally took my car for a service (*2) and a complaint about the RPM at ignition. I received the phone call to advise they found the issue and the additional cost which was fair. Collected my car and went through the paperwork, paid and left with the RPM issue resolved (Throttle Body was filthy). Next day, I'm driving to work and the engine light comes on for the very first time so I arrived at work and prompted called the service department where they told me to bring the car back at lunch and they'll look at it right away. I work Downtown and had to travel all the way back to the western perimeter which was frustrating but I had also noted that not all of the services, as advertised on their website, were completed. When I arrived at the service counter, I was greeted by Walter; a true gent. I explained the issue and he came out to have a look at the car as he thought it might have been a lose connection. It wasn't but I had identified the shortcomings of the service to which he quickly remedied. The mechanic confirmed he fixed the issue and I went on my way...only to go a block before the engine light came back on. I turned around and headed back and spoke with Walter once again. They confirmed they would look into as a priority but I was stuck there without having means to get back to work. Several solutions were offer and we agreed for me to take a dealer car back to work and they would bring my car back to me before 4pm. As promised, it was all sorted with further guarantee of the 'fault' and resolution. The moral of the story is; sure, dealerships can be questionable, things do get overlooked or put under the microscope unnecessarily but they really did rectify my grievances efficiently, with respect and Walter changed the whole experience and put some faith back into me. Thank you, Walter.
