If you get Ms. Luz on the line, You will experience the best customer service hands down!!! Luz apologized for reps that did not satisfy my concerns and she addressed them. Luz also received additional support from her Manager to make sure I was happy. I am so thankful for Luz knowing her job and knowing it well!! Toward the end of our conversation, she asked if it was okay to see how to save me some money on my policy. I immediately said yes, especially now that my savings is gone from the pandemic.
