Ten years ago I started getting lots of redness and bumps on my face which left me frustrated and embarrassed by my skin. I was told by multiple dermatologists I had acne, and was prescribed countless antibiotics and topicals. None of them worked! Thankfully, I discovered About Face and Raelle! Within minutes of meeting me, she told me I had rosacea. Rosacea??!! Not one dermatologist used that word to describe my skin. She educated me about my skin condition, and triggers that could make it worse. We began laser, and an at home treatment plan. Within no time at all, my face cleared up and I got my confidence back! I trust her, and know she will not try to upsell products or services. She makes me feel comfortable so I will continue to travel from out of state to About Face for all my skin care needs.
