Hated it! Customer service was the worst I have experienced in my life! Found blood satin in restroom, pills on the carpet left behind from another person! Furniture was dusty. I was nice enough to bring it up in private with one of their managers which he was the only nice guy.. they did move me to another room.. once I checked out.. I found out my seminar had extended so I found room somewhere else.. when I get to other hotel I realized I had left behind face wash, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.. no Walmart bough items.. full size bottles.. at that point called back and requested my items back. Transfer me to housekeeping and spoke which Cesar which claimed to be the manager.. he was rud!! And said those kind of items they throw away.. and they did not find anything. . At that point I request to talk to front desk manager. I SPOKE WITH MIGUEL..he assured me he would start and investigation and would Calle back before I leave town.. after I received 0 contact from them.. I call on my way out to see of they had found my items.. now a guy called him self the BOSS of MIGUEL. . Said he went personally to the room where they kept forgotten items and found nothing and IF WAS LOOKING for any kind of COMPENSATION! ! He was not giving it to me.. I tod him at that point.. I have no NEED of compensation from your company all I wanted was my items back!! Obviously they have poor management and not very honest people working for a hight reputation hotel to my opinion. I would have never written this review if they would have been treated differently.. I will never stay in a Hyatt in my life.. this might not be an issue for them.. but I want people to know what kind of place this is.. and hopefully higher management will find out what is going on on this location! !
