NEVER!!!!!!! First they require $50 upfront just to make the appointment red flag number one. Second the lady on the confirmation called told me to be there between 815 and 830 to drop off my dog. When I arrived at 8:15 all I got was massive attitude! Shaking of the head argumentative and just plain absolutely rude. If they treat their customers that bad imagine how bad they treat their pets!
