I have had two disputes mediated by Dan, both successfully. The second involved the state on one side and 18 condominium owners on the other, except there was great animosity among the owners. The matter was so complicated the court appointed a special master. Dan had such credibility with the Court that he was appointed. So he had multiple tasks: mediate between the parties; mediate between the condo owners; conduct hearings and prepare recommendations to the court,which the court adopted. It couldn't have been more complicated. Dan did all of that and more. He came up with solutions that no one had thought of and got everyone to agree.
