I used A#1 to install two high-end tankless hot water heaters. Both failed inspection and the city said they did not pull the necessary electrical permits. The city said they would let A#1 know and have them contact me to resolve. A#1 never called. A week later, I called A#1 several times to try to schedule an appointment. They told me it had passed. When I said no; they finally (after 2 calls) realized it had failed and agreed to come out and fix the issue. They then did not show up for the appointment. When I called they said they had decided it would be better to come when the city inspector could also come, however they failed to let me know, so I sat home for hours waiting. As of now, it is still not fixed and who knows if they will ever come out.
