Went for an early dinner with a party of 8 and a baby. The waitress took our order and she was never to be seen again until the bill came. They never cleared off the appetizers we had so we had to make room ourselves for our dinner plates. When the food did come 6 of us had our food while the other 2 people at our table waited for a good 10 minutes for their food to come. We had to go up to the bar to get refills on our drinks and when the bartender asked if we had a tab we said no we are sitting at a table and our waitress is no where to be seen. I thought after saying that he would have told management. We were wrong. Then the bill got delivered, and we then realized why she couldn t be bothered with doing her job. Gratuity was included, so why work harder and get a better tip when you can be out back smoking your cigarettes. I wrote management an email as soon as we left and I still have not heard from them. We will never return to this particular Stage House. It was our go to summer place but after how we were treated it s a no for us.
